In this hands-on, part-time remote role, you will collaborate directly with our CEO, creating and publishing engaging content while learning what resonates with our audience. Your success will be measured by the impact and reach of the content you create and the growth of our online presence. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Craft compelling LinkedIn posts, design eye-catching graphics, and maintain a consistent publishing schedule for social media platforms • Utilize design tools like Canva and Photoshop to create branded graphics, infographics, and marketing materials • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to develop engaging content from ideas, articles, and existing materials • Experiment with video and podcast content, including short clips and episode graphics • Conduct research on AI, HR tech, and competitor trends to generate fresh content ideas • Assist in optimizing content for SEO and automating repetitive tasks to enhance online discoverability WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Some experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator (school, personal, or club projects are acceptable) • Regular use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini • Familiarity with LinkedIn and an understanding of how content performs on social media • Strong written English skills and attention to visual detail • Ability to manage your time effectively and take initiative • Genuine interest in AI, startups, and marketing NICE TO HAVE • Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve • Experience with short-form video or podcast content • Basic knowledge of SEO principles • Interest in B2B or SaaS marketing WHAT WE OFFER You'll receive direct mentorship from the CEO, work on real projects that enhance your portfolio, and have the freedom to pitch ideas to shape our marketing strategy.
