How Aeviya fits with your ATS

Aeviya works alongside Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, and other ATSs rather than replacing them. There's no native one-click connector today: you bring candidates into Aeviya to interview them, and your ATS stays the system of record. Aeviya also doesn't post to job boards, so you publish listings yourself.

Bulk upload resumes

Export resumes from your ATS and upload them straight into a live Aeviya job.

• The job must be posted and live in Aeviya.
• Upload PDF, DOCX, or TXT files, or a ZIP of them.
• Admins and hiring managers can run uploads.

Share a public apply link

Every job you post in Aeviya gets a public apply URL. Add it to the listings you create on LinkedIn, Indeed, or any other job board, and applicants land directly in Aeviya. You create the listings; Aeviya doesn't post them for you.

Export to CSV

Download a CSV of candidates with job, application status, score, and interview date. Contact details are included according to your organization's access rules. The file is yours to use however you like; Aeviya doesn't push it into your ATS.

Connect your calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook so interviews are scheduled around your calendar. The connection only books time; it doesn't sync candidate records to an ATS.

Build your own connection with the Partner API

Want your own systems talking to Aeviya? Approved clients can use the Partner API to work with jobs, applications, and interviews. Your organization gets an API key, and documentation opens up once Aeviya approves your developer's email.

It's the building block for your own integration, not a self-serve switch for Greenhouse or Workday.

Connect an AI assistant (MCP)

Work with Aeviya from ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Grok, or Perplexity through our MCP server. Your assistant signs in with your Aeviya account and works inside your organization.

You choose what it can see before it reads jobs or applicants. Actions like adding a candidate or creating a draft job stay off until you turn them on.
