Aeviya
Human oversight in AI hiring
Aeviya runs the interviews and scores the answers. People make the hiring decisions. Here's what recruiters see, what they control, and where the line sits.
Everything behind the score
After an interview, recruiters can open any candidate and review:
- The full interview transcript
- Every question and the candidate's answer
- Scores against the job's criteria (how scoring works →)
- Where the candidate sits on the job's ranked leaderboard
Recruiters can't edit AI scores. The score stays an honest reading of the interview; the decision lives in the application status a person sets.
Recruiters own the status
Recruiters move each application forward or out, with a note explaining why. Depending on its current stage, an application can move to shortlisted, rejected, interview scheduled, interviewed, offered, or accepted. If a recruiter rejects an application by mistake, they can reverse it. Candidates can also withdraw on their own.
The status is the hiring decision. The score is not.

Who decides? A person.
Aeviya never hires, rejects, or makes an offer based on a score. A recruiter sets every status, and a status changed by mistake can be moved back.
