The cost of AI screening depends on how a provider charges: by job, interview, candidate, or subscription. With Aeviya, your budget has two parts: running the job and activating the finalists you want your team to review.
Your first job has no job fee and includes approximately 100 AI interviews. On Starter, additional jobs cost $1,500 each and finalist activation costs $500 per candidate. Professional costs $1,199 per month, includes one job per month, and reduces additional job and finalist activation rates by 20%. Enterprise pricing is tailored to hiring volume.

Choose how to run your jobs
Starter has no subscription fee: your first job is free, and additional jobs cost $1,500 each. Professional includes one job per month for $1,199, with 20% lower rates for additional jobs. These jobs include approximately 100 AI interviews each.

Budget for finalist activation
On Starter, each finalist activation costs $500. On Professional, the 20% reduction brings this to $400. Activation is charged for a finalist your team chooses to review; a job with no job fee can still incur activation charges.

Compare plans using your expected volume
For occasional hiring, calculate job and activation fees on Starter. For regular hiring, compare that total with the Professional subscription and reduced rates. For higher volumes, discuss an Enterprise plan.

Your first job, four finalists
No job fee + four activations at $500 = $2,000. The first job includes approximately 100 AI interviews.
Two additional Starter jobs, three finalists in total
Two jobs at $1,500 + three activations at $500 = $4,500. This example covers jobs after your free first job.
One Professional month, five finalists
The $1,199 subscription includes one job. Five activations at $400 add $2,000, for a total of $3,199. The $400 activation rate is calculated from the published 20% reduction.
Enterprise hiring
Request pricing based on your hiring volume. The Enterprise plan lists unlimited AI interviews; confirm the scope and finalist activation terms in your proposal.
